Project Director - Real Estate Firm

The incumbent is responsible for the entire P&L of the project he is taking care of from the start to the end.

This includes the responsibility for:

- Overall profitability

- Construction milestones

- Customer management & NPS

- Quality of the project.

- He needs to have a strong sense of Business Acumen: Strong understanding of critical decisions that impact P&L and Cash flows, Project Management

- Pre Construction Process exposure, Customer Experience Management Understanding of Sales & Marketing - Systems & Processes

- Ability to assess and mitigate risks, Understanding of real estate markets and customer requirements.

Reporting to: Business Head of Region.
