We are Geo Satellite Startup Company in Bangalore, India. And looking to expand Engineering Division in India.

Position: Project Director

Location: Bangalore, India (all 5 days work from office)

Experience: 10 to 15 Yrs

Education: MBA or Master Degree in Business or Finance

Compensation: 35 to 45 L.p.a

Requirements:

- Atleast 10+ yrs of experience in leading & delivering multiple projects/ programs

- Lead a team of multiple Project Managers & Product Managers

- Must carry experience in Banking/ financial / Agri Banking domain

- Track record in delivering projects on time, within budget and met quality standards.

- Experience in leading project teams, planning and executing projects, managing project risks

- work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal team to ensure that project objectives are met

- Experience in working with big data & quantitative analysis is required

- Understand data vendor ecosystem and leveraging of third-party data sets as extensions of first-party data

- Strategic Planning, involve in extensive internal & external stakeholders management to align for seamless delivery

- Proven leadership record in developing and delivering complex projects

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required

- Proven ability in overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects simultaneously
