Project Director - Construction

- Be the anchor for all project coordination between stake holders, design team (Architects / Structural consultants / MEP consultants etc.), execution agencies and site

- Undertake project planning and scheduling of activities and following up to get the activities done in time and as per needs.

- Ensuring coordination between all design consultants towards preparation of concept drawings, schematic drawings, working drawings etc.

- Ensuring that the design and final working drawings are in accordance with the consultant/architectural standards as well as statutory regulations/approvals.
