Project Delivery Head - Renewable Energy

- The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, budget, and timeline requirements. The incumbent should have a strong background in project management, renewable energy development, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project development team. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals and client requirements.

- Lead the execution of utility-scale renewable energy projects from concept to completion, including site identification, land acquisition, permitting, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.

- Provide strong leadership and direction to the project delivery team, including project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture to drive project success.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle. Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and ensure effective communication and alignment of expectations.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and uncertainties. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure project delivery objectives are met.

- Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Monitor project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance. Identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate contracts, and manage project finances to optimize project profitability and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

- Champion a culture of safety and environmental stewardship across project sites. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, standards, and best practices to minimize risks to personnel, communities, and the environment.
