Project Coordinator - PMO (Bangalore/Remote) Your Responsibilities : - Coordinate work with various onsite PMs to understand the tasks and delivery timelines. - Act as an offshore coordinator, gather status updates from team members, update PMO tools to reflect accurate and timely status of tasks/deliverables. - Work closely with project team members to ensure project tasks/deliverables remain on track, eliminate roadblocks, and identify mitigation steps to avoid delays in meeting timelines. - Understand resource limitations and ability to identify the areas where help is required by the team. - Timely escalate and help to resolve issues (training, access, coordination, etc.) for project team members to ensure project continuity. - Attend and participate in DSUs/PMO meetings. - Help execute on tasks when providing project updates/status reports. - Scale up to identify resource management needs and raise to PM/management team in a timely manner. - Share ideas and feedback to improve Project management practices for the organization. - Participate in other Project management activities to grow skills and knowledge, as required by the organization. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience of working in a matrix organization & Onshore/Offshore delivery model. - Hands on experience working with PMO tools, including tracking work items and status reporting. - Exhibit ability to learn and grow in the role to manage projects with minimal supervision. - Be open for learning new areas & receive constructive feedback.
