We have a job openings for Project Coordinator - Electrical Division (Distribution Works)   Please find the details given below :   Job Location : Hyderabad and Site Office   Job Role : Project Coordinator - (Distribution Works)   Job Description :   Working as Project coordinator at Head office, Hyderabad.   Coordinating projects from Corporate Office and Site distributed across India  Handling atleast 3 projects one time  Bachelors Degree - Electrical Engineering (Preferred)   - 12+ Years of experience   - Thorough knowledge in RGGVY, RAPDRP, HVDS, APDRP Project execution   - Responsible for Material Reconciliation and maintain project related documentation from time to time   - Knowledge in Cost Savings methods and preparation of rolling plan and cash flow of the project   - Executing the project within the budgeted cost and time   Project Management  - Preparation of project schedules/ plans /drawings and technical specifications towards the successful execution of Electrical Projects.  - Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs and Quality Compliance to ensure execution of projects within the time & cost parameters.  - Conducting project reviews for evaluating progress & taking corrective actions if required.  - Inspecting field sites to observe and evaluate condition and operability of facilities and structures, and to collect field survey data and measurements.  Maintenance Operations  - Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machinery and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.  - Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.  - Executing cost saving / measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.  General Administration  - Developing, managing and monitoring the performance of multi-skilled work force (50-60); maximizing operational efficiency.   - Formulating maintenance budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.  - Liaising with Govt.
