Project Coordinator - Educational Program

- We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator for University Education Outreach. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote the government's skilling program for entrepreneurship within various higher educational institutes in the assigned cluster. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of entrepreneurship and skill development, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with educational institutions. We are looking to onboard Project Coordinators at 5 locations- Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Nashik.

- Conduct outreach to higher educational institutes to introduce and promote the government's skilling program for entrepreneurship.

- Collaborate with educational institutions to organize workshops, seminars, and events to raise awareness about the skilling program and increase enrollment.

- Develop and deliver presentations to faculty members, administrators, and students to highlight the benefits and opportunities provided by the skilling program.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of the skilling program within educational institutions.

- Provide guidance and support to educational institutions in integrating the skilling program into their curriculum and extracurricular activities.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and program implementation, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

- Serve as a liaison between educational institutions, government agencies, and other stakeholders involved in the skilling program.

- Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and best practices in entrepreneurship education and skill development.

- Work towards creating entrepreneurs, and in turn create more jobs in the given cluster.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in project coordination, outreach, or educational program management, in the field of entrepreneurship/skill development/ government programs

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of higher education systems and processes, particularly in relation to curriculum development and student engagement.

- Familiarity with government programs and initiatives related to entrepreneurship, skill development, or education is desirable.

- Willingness to travel frequently to visit educational institutions within the designated region.

- Ability to upsell/cross-sell other services to customers.
