Education & Experience :  - Graduate with Project Management Certification or Post Graduate  - Minimum 15+ years of experience in Capital Markets (Wholesale & Retail) / Credit Lending / Collateral Management / Retail Financing  - Knowledge of Capital Markets business, including Institutional Equities, Investment Banking & Prime Broking / Custody  - Understanding of Corporate Credit business  - Knowledge of Housing Loan & Retail Lending business  - Expertise of end-to-end implementation of business driving applications  Functional Skills :  - Should be aware of project matrix / quality matrix  - Should have managed multiple stake holders (business users, IT, Vendors, Development team, QA, UAT, SIT team)  - Should be able to orchestrate the solution ecosystem of particular businesses, identify gaps therein and suggest solutions  - Should be able to carry out market scan and competition analysis from a technology solution perspective  - Must have Consulting Skills (adaptation to various clients, their businesses, their language, their cultures), Team Management/ Team Building Skills, Change Management Skills, Process/Project Management (Cost, Time, Quality and Scope) Skills  - Should be proactive in risk identification and mitigation  - Managing project scope, schedule, cost, risks and resource planning  - Should be good at People management  - Coordinating and delegating tasks to technical team  - Excellent communication skills and a team player  Roles & Responsibilities :   - Overall responsibility of software project planning & delivery for 3-4 Strategic Business Units and managing a team of project managers  - Implementing end-to-end systems of 3+ Cr TCO  - Work closely with project & delivery teams and manage planning, designing, and implementation of projects  - Review application design and give solution w.r.t design pattern.  - Prepare project/program implementation plans, budgets and coordinate the proper implementation of the project. Regularly communicate project status including progresses, successes, risks, challenges and opportunities for timely intervention to correct lags or capitalize good practices  - Undertake regular monitoring and periodical evaluation of project activities and compile findings  - Take part in the development of project proposals from scoping documents, concept notes to full project proposal development
