- New Initiative Change Management on New Business Providing support by data collection, report analysis and offering key insights.

- Support in business analysis and strategic planning.

- Monitoring and driving change management initiatives at the organizational level Generating reports and presentations Integrate and work closely with cross functional teams / service lines to ensure smooth running

- Generate monthly MIS and review meetings

- Working on special projects (market intelligence)
