Project Advisory - Asset Management - Investment Banking & Consulting Group

Our client is a boutique Investment Banking and Consulting Group focused on Corporate Finance and Business Advisory.

Job Profile:

- Will be responsible for P&L with focus on cash monetization and compliance

- Will work with project developer and team and ensuring efficient implementation of the project

- Undertake preparation and review of project MIS for effective monitoring on daily/monthly/quarterly basis (depending on the requirement)

- Take initiatives as an when require for faster implementation (Like fund raising, specific technology, etc)

- Participate in key lender, contractor, sales meetings of the projects.

Candidate Profile:

- Must be a CA professional or MBA (Finance)

- Prefers capital market experience

- Should be hands-on on financial modelling and due diligence.
