Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute all inbound marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email, social media and events to drive customer acquisition.

2. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

3. Create various content assets to be used at all stages of the inbound marketing funnel.

Build and manage a rich educational marketing calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our brand (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, seminars, infographics, etc.).

4. Grow new marketing-qualified leads.

5. Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, webinars, and social channels.

6. Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

7. Management of all marketing resources including freelancers, designers, writers, and other agency personnel.

8. Record & maintain all activity in our marketing CRM system.

9. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

10. Conducting customer, competitor, and product research.

Candidate Skills - Must Have :

1. 3-5 years of experience in marketing management.

2. Proven working experience in digital marketing

3. Deep digital marketing knowledge; SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Creative thinker and problem solver

6. Strong forecasting, time management skills and CRM discipline.

7. Data-driven and research-oriented.

8. Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software features.

9. Project management skills to manage editorial and corporate and campaign deadlines.

10. Content marketing skills; ability to create, publish and distribute educational materials online, for a targeted audience.

11. Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it.

12. Fluency in web analytics tools (Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics, Google Ads/Adwords, SEMRush), social media marketing applications (HootSuite, Tweetdeck, etc.)
