Director - Site Lead

JOB PROFILE :


- The individual will work with different business and technical stakeholders and will provide strategic and tactical leadership and management to the team.

- Additionally, they will own ongoing support functions required for business operations including IT, human resources, risk, and legal.

- The individual will interact regularly with the executive team and all stakeholders.

- The candidate will drive fiscally responsible growth ensuring uninterrupted services through the team, as well as vendor partners.

- The candidate will be responsible for the full operation and day-to-day execution, and will be expected to resolve issues, escalate and communicate concerns, and meet SLAs and business performance metrics.

- The ideal candidate for this position must demonstrate a proven track record of effective business leadership and growth with a deep understanding of the mortgage and/or financial services industry.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Build the leadership and operations teams to support the business

- Run the day-to-day operations

- Oversee development and implementation of policy and operating procedures for effective business operations

- Create plans that have clear measurable success criteria, milestones, team structure, deliverables

- Solve complex problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks

- Perform daily team management

- Work across the enterprise with all functions (sales, operations, IT, HR, legal, risk, etc.)

- Effectively collaborate and partner within a matrixed reporting structure

- Build, coach, guide, and lead the team in all aspects of servicing, title, and due diligence

- Deliver regular business communications and status updates, including executive summaries to all levels within the organization, including executive leadership

- Remain organized and track multiple deadlines/tasks

- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations

- Work in an extremely fast-paced and highly collaborative environment

- Effectively communicate with internal and external partners

- Handle risk management functions to identify and mitigate business risks

- Maintain security and safety of the operation and people

- Complete all required training in a timely manner

- Maintain knowledge of and adherence to Selene's internal compliance policies and procedures

- Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects related Selene Operations Management

QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLSETS :

- 8+ years of experience working as an operational leader with responsibility for daily execution and strategy development

- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry

- Experience leading a business and using data and metrics to determine outcomes

- Demonstrated ability to establish and proliferate the Selene Culture that drives our values of People First, Ownership, Excellence in Execution, Teamwork, Integrity, and Customer Focus

- Demonstrated skills measuring labor results through talent reporting - performance metrics, talent readiness, turnover, retention, etc.

- Educational degree at a high level - (MBA in Finance preferred )

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal)

- Solid organizational skills with the demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize

- Passion for building, maintaining, and delivering measured profitable growth; consistently thinks and "plays" like a business owner

- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and achieve expected results

- Ability to create and manage budgets, reporting variances and providing mitigation plans for negative variances

- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels

- Strong data analysis skills with six sigma experience or certification

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Asana

- Knowledge and experience with automation and effective use of AI to shift business operations

- High degree of integrity

- Very limited travel expected

NOTE :

- Prefer candidates already residing in Bangalore

- Shift Timing - 7PM IST to 3AM IST or 3PM IST to 12AM IST
