Programming Head - Radio Business - Media

We require a Programming Head for the Radio Business of a leading Media Organization based in Lucknow.

Local flavour / experience of working in the North market is a must.

JOB TITLE: Programming Head

LOCATION: Lucknow

REPORTING TO: Programming Head

QUALIFICATION: Graduate / Post Graduate

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 7- 10 years

BUDGET CTC: 10 to 11 L(including 10% annual performance bonus)

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: ( Specifies Key Result Areas for the Incumbent )

After the station set-up:

- Conceptualize, plan and execute the station AOP - Consistency in creative output, with a focus on TG. 100% adherence to timelines

- Plan & execute - On air properties

- Listenership Share - responsible for driving the RAM rating for each show; Rambling report analysis, weekly programming report, competition analysis, Programming Dashboard

- Talent Management & Retention

- Client Solutions & Revenue Support - Ensuring minimum turnaround, optimum quality of content and production and maximum support to revenue mandates

Over and above the person will be responsible for creation of the product and setting up of the team for the new station.
