JOB DESCRIPTION  Job Title: Programme / Project Delivery Manager (PDM)  Education : Master Degree in Engineering or MBA from premier institutes / Engineering Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from premier institutes  Job Location : Pune  Experience : 12 to 18 Years  Requirements  12 to 18 years ITES experience with strong back ground in software development and projects / programme management.  At least 3 to 5 years of programme / projects / service delivery experience  Excellent oral and written communication skills in English a must  Very strong Program Management skills: project management, cost management, client management, scope management, account management, planning and organisation ability.  Excellent client management skills particularly with European or US experience.  Experience of managing and reporting Project KPIs and Service Level Agreements.  Excellent knowledge of the Agile Methodology  Willing to travel abroad for client engagement.  In depth software development experience with Agile Methodology  ITIL or PPM or TOGAF  Desirable Knowledge:  Solution Architecture  - Java / J2EE / Microsoft technologies and Solution Architecture experience  - Knowledge Business Analysis  - Knowledge of reporting processes or service delivery processes  Role & Responsibility:  The key purpose of the PDM will be to manage delivery of the programme and all projects associated with the programme. Delivering for one or multiple clients and reporting to the Global Delivery Head   Have excellent programme management and project management skills to be able plan and ensure that the clients are fully engaged.  To plan and manage resources, requisition and procure appropriate resources to deliver effectively and efficiently.  Manage delivery of technical and function changes from the outsource partner on SAP BI to meet PwC's business requirements.  Portfolio and Program management, governance and reporting experience  Ensure the delivery of projects and services is within agreed costs, service levels and standards.  Assessing all assumptions and risks for the initiatives or projects and creating the mitigation plans for the risks.  Defining business values and goals for the initiatives or projects.  Ensure that appropriate acceptance criteria, change and quality processes are in place.  Develop and maintain a programme of continuous service improvement
