CBRE role at Cisco

CBRE provides various services to Cisco, one of them being Facility Management. There is a dedicated CBRE team deployed at Cisco which partners with Cisco for the Workplace needs.

Program Manager :

- As a member of the Workplace Resource team, and under the direction of the Key Account Lead, the Program Manager plays an important role in supporting and often leading engagements aiming at enhancing service delivery.

- This includes end to end management of the programs/projects with the support of the internal teams.

- The ideal candidate is someone comfortable working in a customer facing capacity who enjoys solving complex problems in often ambiguous and demanding circumstances.

- The position allows for the exploration of multiple fields in support of integrated solutions - often addressing organizational behavior, process, & flexible working policies.

- Through a wide variety of duties and projects, the Program Manager will deepen skills and gain valuable experience in workplace change (Coaching/mentoring, Stakeholder analysis, Risk Mitigation, etc.)

Responsibilities will include :

- Support the planning process by supplying program/project cost and scope estimates.

- Support teams in planning staff in development of customized client engagement and communication plans for expense projects or on various special initiatives as needed.

- Lead program/project team through client engagement analysis including: stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis and sponsor engagement strategy.

- Develop mitigation tactics for resistant project sponsors or other key stakeholders.

- Support seamless project delivery through coaching the Workplace Resources & CBRE staff on the process, strategy and tactics, as well as, overall project delivery.

- Develop effective project communications as needed to support project/program implementation.

- Create detailed communications strategy and tactics as part of the overall project/program delivery.

- Develop and manage internal project related information and act as a point of contact for all project/program related information.

- Create presentations, proposals, communications and other client-facing materials.

- Articulate a compelling value proposition for all stakeholders.

- Perform gap analysis, and monitoring progress toward desired commitment levels and attitudes
