Programme Manager
Key role details below:
- Ability to work with the cross functional teams (P&E, Support, CS, PS, Ops, Sales) to foster a integrated team environment to deliver on companywide and global initiatives
- Manage strategic relationships with functional leaders and their direct reports
- Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to identify and implement best-in-class products and features that delight customers
- Own and manage planned and ad-hoc internal projects and programs to drive team efficiency and create superior delivery experiences
- Devise KPIs and Success metrics/ criteria for measuring delivery outcomes on programs
- Making data driven decisions for identification of Key Risk Areas, to be able to raise timely red flags
- Collate and report program statuses to internal and external stakeholders. Own weekly team performance and operational metric reporting
- Ability to organize and drive meeting agendas for daily progress
- Deal with customer escalations relating to the in-flight as well as delivered programs
- Identify and implement process improvements to enable global scalability
Requirements & Preferred Skills :
- MBA or equivalent from a premier Management institute
5+ years industry experience in the following areas:
- Program Management
- Project Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Risk Management
- Executive / Management reporting
- Strategy & Operations
- Tools / Methodologies
- Jira Kanban Boards
- Excel
- PPTs
- MPP
- Agile
- RACIs, SWOTs, Fishbone, Heat maps, Risk profiling, Decision trees, Gantt Charts, Scorecards, RUP, Critical Path, Daily Standups
- Experience overseeing projects/programs, including managing against a project plan
- Excellent proficiency in creating PPT decks
- Strong reporting skills, both at tactical and executive levels
- Ability to quickly learn industry or technological concepts, as required
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- Ability to be strategic and roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be done
- Ability to manage own workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
