Urgent Opening for Programme Manager at Scaleneworks - Gurgaon

Duties and Responsibilities :

Following are few tangible & quantified areas where the Program Manager would be required to intervene :

- Process mapping Studying Clients AS IS processes and identifying the areas of improvement. Suggesting solutions to the Client on how it will contribute towards increasing Clients fulfillment (NHFR) and reducing cost / efforts & TAT.

- Continuous Process Improvement Charter out the plans for implementing the solutions, jointly identify CTQs

- Reports & Trending Ensure the timely delivery of reports pertaining to team members productivity, efforts, costs, fulfillment, market searches, vendor performance etc.

- Trending of data and relevant analytic.

- Publish monthly detailed MIS.

- Planning Plan hiring strategy with Client leads, Plan Monthly fulfillment in detail, risk monitoring and mitigation, plan tasks & deliverable at an individual recruiter level, planning of milestones of delivery and all other strategic initiatives like cost/effort analysis etc.

- Monitoring Tool compliance, team members efforts, deliverable on KPIs (TAT, SLAs, ratios, costs etc), trends

Experience : 7 Years - 10 Years

Preferably immediate joiner or 15 days.
