Job Description: Channel Performance - Help in preparation of annual targets and productivity benchmarks of the channel along-with manpower planning - Support Top Management in Reviews / Regular updates for the channel - Analytics and ensure necessary dash-boarding is in place - SPOC for all support items for the channel for all other departments / markets RM / RM Head Support & Management - Continuous tracking of Manpower gaps and Tackling early attrition - Direct intervention with RM for those resigning - Instituting and Driving the RM Onboarding Process - Make available the following information to the teams for proper governance - Reports on Quality Vectors - Reports on Financial Metrics - Scorecards which inform and guide action plan ahead (Both for RMs & RM Heads) - All Quality Vectors - Satellite Branches Support - Bridge last mile information gaps through RH & BM intervention assisted by local Select Heads. - Concalls with all BMs / CBMs / RHs on a routine basis to drill down on strategy ahead and focus on key deliverables - Providing regular leads to the Markets in line with the organizational directions / plans (NBO Model Leads provided for products and followed up with Dashboards / Calls). Some programs effected and driven Regular concalls with the Markets as support on: - Quality / Input Management Review - KRAs and Incentive Program Clarity - Ensuring Book mapping is correct and in parity with the mapping principles - Sending regular updates on book mapping - Ironing out irregularities / aberrations - Drive RM Onboarding Plan - Complete 8 week onboarding plan to help arrest early attrition - 3 Way intervention from BM / RM Head / HR to ensure all rounded tracking - Regular tracking of the Program Other BAU : - RM Head Master maintenance - Select IDs updation - Single point of contact for all RM Heads for any support on Calls / MISs / Guidance / RM Management ) Client Management : - Taking care of the Statement Communication for Select Clients - Campaign Management - Driving the Client communication - Website Management - Select Programme
