Programme Director - Professional Training & Coaching

Job Function :

The Programme Director is responsible for managing and delivering Learning courses in the International region. This includes the following critical functions:

1. Partner Management - Understand and articulate relevant country Educational/University Regulatory Frameworks in order to engage University Vice Chancellor level and/or C-level executives of Enterprises to execute a collaborative business model.

2. Learning Delivery Management - Manage a team of Programme Managers to execute Lcourses in accordance with its well defined learning delivery, learning operations and learning technology policies and procedures. Able to delivery superior learner (both individual and enterprise learner) experience to learners' pool of more than 2000.

3. Resource Management - Build and grow a dynamic and talented team of programme managers, learning management executives and faculty in line with business growth.

4. Financial Management - Responsible to execute the various cohorts/programmes within time, budget and P&L. Leverage the use of data analytics to analyse the profitability of the programmes.

The programme director must lead and manage his/her portfolio with strong attention to strategy and implementation.

Critical Job Functions :

Partner Management :

- Understand and articulate country specific Educational /University regulatory frameworks

- Engage senior partner stakeholders of Universities and Enterprises to execute the business model

- Manage presales support team on delivery and course configuration by engaging the partner's counterparts/stakeholders.

Learning Delivery Management :

- Manage and execute policies & procedures of Learning Management & Sales within the company and Partner teams.

- Understand courses and its different configurations

- Guide and advice teams in the right direction based on update on status of the programme delivery and other matters using the data analytics. Such guidance should cover both cohort and individual level.

- Execute the superior quality delivery in learner satisfaction which encompasses faculty, content, support and infrastructure.

Resource Management :

- Source and Select a team of talented individuals to build dynamic teams of faculty and learning executives who are fulltime and/or part-time (adjunct)

- Ensure all team members are onboarded and continuously upgraded using Workplace Learning Plan.

- Delegate and monitor team member's KPIs and provide mentorship where needed to achieve them.

Financial Management :

- Provide financial forecast for the yearly, quarterly and monthly delivery plan

- Manage the P&L of the cohort/programme to achieve profitability

1. Extensive experience in Large scale Programme Management encompassing learners' pool of more than 2000 at any time in multi-location environment

- Blending Learning execution and monitoring in a distributed virtual environment

- Partnership/Stakeholder Engagement and Management at C-level

2. Well versed in Education/University regulatory frameworks

3. Good skills in Financial and Risk Management

4. Excellent Business Acumen.

Job Pre-requisite :

- Degree with equivalent professional experience in education space, plus relevant postgraduate qualification.

- With at least 10 to 15 years of higher education large scale programme management in Institutes of Higher Learning (University) and/or Corporates with learners' pool of more that 2000 at any given time
