Programmatic Operations (DSP&SSP) - Mobile Media Company


Responsibilities of the role :

- Drive and lead programmatic advertising data operations. Responsible for managing relationships with existing DSPs and ensuring optimized delivery of programmatic campaigns.

- Maintain a solid understanding of ad platforms, data sources, and Digital Operations systems relying on these variable inputs to develop data-driven recommendations for improving yield or operational effectiveness.

- Create roadmaps for advertising and marketing initiatives, train the team and make it happen.

- Manage end-to-end campaigns, liaising with key stakeholders.

- Analyze campaign performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations to increase efficiency and drive high retention rates.

- Actively optimize and manage all DSP Platform to increase the revenue

- Actively optimize and manage client campaigns including execution and optimization log tracking, using this knowledge as a basis for future campaigns.

- Communicate and define solutions with internal teams for business problems and get them done.

- Collaborate closely with product managers in addition to external partner networks.

- Work closely with integration team members DSP Ops and Cross teamwork.

- Creative thinker and problem solver.

- Sourcing new DSPs and SSPs & contributing to the company's top line.

- Strategic planning and revenue management.

- Advanced technical knowledge and practical experience in building and operating proprietary Ad platforms profitably in the market.

What will you need :

- 5+ years of digital advertising, ad tech platforms, or analytics experience in a programmatic ad operations role.

- Knowledge of data analytics and optimization products is required.

- An understanding and functional knowledge of technical market standards (ad-serving, SSP, DSP, RTB standards, etc.).

- A previous experience in the ad industry is a prerequisite (publisher, trading desk, DSP, SSP, ad networks, etc.).
