Role Description :

- We are looking for highly talented individuals with a proven track record and strong analytic and project management skills to join the team as a Program Manager in the EMEA ESG Strategy & Business Development team.

- In this role, you will work directly with the EMEA ESG senior business leaders and will be expected to leverage experience in management consulting or sales & marketing strategy to conceptualize, design, drive and support mid-large sized programs to realize tangible results for the business.

- For this role, we expect the candidate to demonstrate strong business judgment, ability to analyze ambiguous problems, develop solutions to complex business problems and strong project management skills to successfully implement programs within the context of established strategy. We seek exceptional candidates who are self-starters & driven, have a results oriented approach and passionate about the Enterprise/Information Technology industry.

- The role requires frequent interactions with colleagues up to senior level management and candidate is also expected to demonstrate ability to influence broad spectrum of stakeholders to successfully drive programs to completion (executive-level engagement skills and strong change/project management experience, is a must). In addition, successful candidate should be a self-starter & driven, have a results oriented approach and be passionate about the Enterprise/Information Technology industry.

Requirements/Qualifications :

- Bachelors in Engineering and an MBA or demonstrable equivalent business degree/diploma; consistently being at the top of the graduating class

- 6+ years post-MBA experience preferably in a management consulting role; 8+ years of total experience

- Strong analytical, business strategy & planning experience with large multi-national firms (preference for strong Strategy/Sales/Ops/Marketing experience), across different geographies and BUs/Functions

- Proven track record of leading cross-functional project teams through complex problems with confidence and clarity of outcomes.

- Team player who work collaboratively across organization to help secure commitment for cross-BU efforts

Responsibilities:

- Partner with regional, sub-region and country leadership teams to develop programs for EMEA ESG business

- Lead the structuring, planning, and execution of Strategy/Sales/Ops programs

- Developing data-driven insights to shape programs, collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to successfully roll out programs, track program performance and report progress, conduct mid-course correction where required.

- Ensure stakeholder alignment to all ongoing programs and interlock with world-wide/regional teams/processes

- Work collaboratively across organizations to help secure commitment for cross-BU efforts

- Analyze industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal performance

- Travel (as required) to work for program planning/reviews, stakeholder alignment and build relationships (Base Location: Gurgaon, India)
