Participate in steering committee and board meetings to report on program status  - Good to have: Defines governance model options  Financial Management:   - Must Have: Track the effort & cost spend & Balance-To-Go across the program and provide the end to end view to client leadership  - Good to have: Benefits tracking per business case and aligning program status  Stakeholder Management:   - Must have: Regular networking with influencers, decision makers and stakeholders. Politically savvy to understand & navigate the power structure in client organization  - Good to have: Influences stakeholders to get buy in to strategic decisions  Additional skills:   - Must have: Commits self & team to ambitious yet realistic goals aligned with program objectives. Strong leadership, negotiation & arbitration skills. Coaches & mentors the next level   - Good to have: Managed Risk & Compliance / Digital / Transition programs. Domain, process knowledge. Short term (4-8 weeks) consulting assignments.
