Skills Required / Role :

- Program & Project Management and Strong Analytical skills

- Candidate should have F&A scope project for 20-30 FTEs

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, to prioritize and handle several tasks with multiple deadlines

- Strong ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations

- 6-8 years of experience in the BPO industry in PMO/MIS profile

- Attention to detail & high level of accuracy

- Assessing business and operations' risks

- Identifying compliance issues and investigate

Competencies - Project Management Experience

- Processes Experience - Reporting, Quality, R&C, etc.

- Excellent MS Office skills in Excel, Power Point, Visio, etc.

- Good Communication and Typing Skills

- Should be a team player and flexible enough for multitasking

- Human Resources experience in Onboarding / Off Boarding

- IT Risk & Information Security - Knowledge on IT Risk & Information Security, Workstation Security, Remote Access, Asset Management, Infrastructure Change Management

- Legal, Compliance, Governance and Ethics - Knowledge on Training, Local laws & Regulations, Accreditation & Assurance, Breach Notification, Data protection, External Communication, Internal Audit, Control Ownership
