Job Location: Gurugram

The - GFC Program / Change Manager- is responsible to lead program governance and oversight for all GFC functions. The position will manage diverse program/project management functions for GFC.

Responsibilities:

The role includes but is not limited to

- Project management and status reporting

- Track action items and key decisions

- Oversee the progress, status, and risks across GFC functions for end-to-end components

- Coordinate with onshore Project Management Office to ensure accurate reporting of progress, status, and risks

- Prepare presentations/dashboards to facilitate discussions with business stakeholders and senior executives

- Prepare and partner in the delivery of governance materials

- Education - CA / MBA from a premier institute

- Experience - 13+ years of experience in finance, program management preferably in banking / financial services

Mandatory Skills:

- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite of products, especially PowerPoint, Visio & Excel.

- Exposure to emerging technologies is desirable

- Good understanding of system linkages and data flows

- Strong relationship management skills to navigate the complexities of aligning stakeholders, building consensus and resolving conflicts in a large, distributed organization; proven ability to influence peers/stakeholders and other leaders across various lines of business

- Ability to drive strategic initiatives with a track record of successful change and making difficult decisions

- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, shaping the opinions and actions of key stakeholders and gaining their trust.

Desired Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Self-motivated and independent having a control mindset

- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver as well as being able to adapt to changes

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
