Key Responsibility Areas -
- Designing, leading and implementing internal business programs.
- Develop detailed project plans, anticipate risks and plan mitigations ahead of time
- Effectively collaborate with multiple and diverse set of stakeholders in a global environment
- Deploy your core skills (particularly Project Management) to lead the initiative with governance and control, track progress, report on SLAs and KPIs regularly to create client confidence
- Drive effective change management initiatives plans post identifying stakeholder challenges and understanding expectations
- Conducting Change Impact Analysis and Change Readiness Assessment and give recommendations that are actionable on immediate and long-term basis
- Explore and co-create solutions to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
Requirements-
- MBA or equivalent advanced education is preferable
- 8-15 Years of experience with at least 7+ years of relevant Program/Project management
- Application of project management methodologies - project initiation, current state analysis, future state design, process design, implementation and project transition/close-
- Experience working in the Big 4 professional services firms and other global management consultancies is highly desirable
- Certification in Project Management (PRINCE II, PMP), Agile methodology (SCRUM), Organisational change Management, Design Thinking, Facilitation will be an advantage
