Minimum Skill Requirement:

- Must Have:

1. 15+ Experience in IT Industry.

2. Have managed successfully large implementation/testing projects in retail space.

3. Familiar with testing tools, methodologies and process

4. Program management certification or designation desired

5. Client Facing - Provide a proactive interface with client representatives and groups regarding business needs and determine essential requirements through effective communication.

6. Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.

7. Strength in hiring, recruiting, managing, developing, coaching, and retaining individuals and teams, empowering them to elevate their levels of responsibility, span-of-control and performance

8. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

9. Strong project management skills managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes and program growth

10. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

11. Demonstrated results in managing through complex systems and proven experience negotiating win-win agreements.

12. Deep understanding of human resources, employee performance improvement plans, and corrective action policies

- Good to Have:

1. Certification on portfolio management
