- 12+ years of relevant experience in Learning and Talent development in ITES environment.
- IT Infrastructure Delivery experience is desirable
- Exposure to Service Desk training and management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in interacting with Senior Management and Leadership groups and in addressing their requirements.
- Experience in working with Global teams
- Program and Project Management skills.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring and team handling skills. Trainings and Certifications (Desirable but not Mandatory)
- Technical certifications within the Infrastructure Technology space
- PMP, ITIL, MS Project
Nature of work
Reporting to the Training Lead, the Training Manager assumes responsibility of the designing and managing training delivery within Infrastructure Services across India.
Duties and responsibilities
- Ensures the delivery of services reflective of the core deliverables that the IS Training team has agreed with projects and leadership.
- Plan, organize, and manage the training delivery for Infrastructure Services.
- Facilitate day-to-day training transactions.
- Publish training reports and analysis to the training lead, management and other stakeholders as agreed.
- Interact with leadership within IS, understand their specific training needs and develop training modules accordingly.
- Conduct skill gap analysis for Projects and participate in project transition for talent development activities
- Facilitate in recruitment of skilled resources and thereby build a strong training team.
- Maintain close communication with Projects, DUs and Engagement leads and ensure that their requirements and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Facilitate career counselling, evaluation, skills training, job readiness training and other activities related to training delivery
- Co-ordinate with vendors for organizing various trainings in line with the published calendars or customized needs from projects or leadership.
- Maintain necessary documentation for client records and billing.
