Program/Project Management - Capital Project Management

JD Domain:

- Capital Project Management, Implementation of integrated portfolio and project management solution for Resources.

- Understanding of project management interfaces with sourcing, procurement and construction

- Understanding of complete lifecycle of Plant Engineering and Plant and Project synchronization

- Implementation experience of Project management applications like Primavera, SAP PS, MS Project Server and integration with Cost control tools like Unifier, EcoSys, Prism etc.

- Integration of Project management applications with enterprise applications like Finance, supply chain (ERP package- SAP PS/ PPM.PM/ MM/ Fico; Oracle Projects, Finance, PPM etc.)

Delivery:

- Leads delivery of large accounts and can interface with extended delivery network within Accenture

- Can lead multiple small to medium projects at the same time using Solution Factory model

- Creates plan for sustenance of all assets in an integrated environment to accelerate delivery

- Helps in creating, nurturing Center of Excellence for key domain and application skills used in Capital Project Information system implementation

- Creates delivery framework with lever on horizontal capabilities

Capability development:

- Can translate sales opportunity pipeline to capability development roadmap in short and long term

- Creates plan for capability development for all offering areas in discussion with Global and IDC leadership

- Creates plan for attracting and retaining talent, especially niche skills

- Create capability assessment framework in alignment with relevant talent segments

Sales Support:

- Oversees Technology strategy in alignment with growth target for all offering areas and Gus (Geographic Units)

- Provides sales support through solution planning and delivery center interlocks

- Provides technology based SME support in shaping deals
