- Development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services
- Analyze Operational/marketing/financial/HR data to assist Management in sound Business Decision Making
- Conducting monthly and weekly operational reviews
- Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy
- Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts from financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals.
