I&MI Industry Program Specialist will be a part of the Industry Excellence team that analyzes the internal processes used by various industries and functions.

The person will be responsible for collaborating, ideating, identifying and propagating industry best practices, process improvement, project leadership and maintaining a strong connect with senior stakeholders across Accenture globally.

ACCOUNTABILITIES :Answerable/Liable for success:

- Understand current Accenture industry program processes

- Define and refine the industries- operating models, working with industry program leads, and mapping detailed processes for each industry activity

- Create, maintain and deploy a common database of best practices

- Implement standard best practices where appropriate

- Develop and maintain a set of common planning assumptions and guidelines for use by the Industries and Specialties

- Standardize the industry's processes of planning, reporting, and process mapping by supplying appropriate templates and actively facilitating to new improved processes

- Develop measurement methods (dashboards) for assessing progress against objectives

- Support Subject Matter Experts and senior stakeholders in various Program and Project Management tasks, data analysis requests etc.

- Drive collaboration through collaboration sites and other forums by working with Program leads and SMEs

- Work with support teams within Accenture to develop and improve collaboration sites

RESPONSIBILITIES: Tasks, functions, deliverables:

Work areas include, but are not limited to: Operational excellence projects and leading practices harvesting & sharing

- Build regular and collaborative connect with senior industry stakeholders

- Bridge inter functional/CoE and Inter Industry group gaps through collaboration programs

- Leveraging Accenture platforms and tools like stream, circle, idea platform, yammer etc build effective collaboration channels and program support platforms

- Drive central Growth & Strategy agenda

- Program manage strategic and operational projects for G&S leadership as well as industry leadership

- Improvise on, automate and reconfigure existing operational processes Work Management

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Eagerness to learn and leverage new tools and technology

- Creative bent of mind to solve challenges through ideating out of the box and implementing ideas

- Work with other team members to ensure on time delivery of projects

- Lead complex projects and deliver with little supervision Stakeholder Management

- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and steer projects

- Build a trusted-advisor relationship with key stakeholders through regular interaction People Management

- Ability to interact with the team in a cordial and professional environment

- Excellent stakeholder management skills - Ability to lead and steer the team to achieve the business objectives
