Reporting to : Director, Family Economic Stability, India Michael and Susan Dell Foundation
Location : New Delhi, India
Purpose : Independently build and lead a projects portfolio that delivers measurable (and sustainable) positive impact on children through various interventions, play a senior, leadership role in several of the Foundation's activities in India, facilitate the overall program implementation of MSDF India (with a fanatical eye for detail), and emerge as a thought leader for the Foundation.

Specific Responsibilities :
Support the development of the Foundation's strategy :
- Support the MSDF team in developing and updating a detailed, fact-based, action-oriented portfolio strategy that is focused on impacting the quality of life in a measurable, large-scale and sustainable manner.
Strategy implementation :
- Help implement strategy by building relationships with a variety of potential investees/ grantees at several levels and in varying agreed-upon geographies, and work with them to create new projects, engage in the problem-solving, administer them, monitor and report results - relatively independently (with fanatical attention to detail), in order to develop a successful program.
Education & Experience :
- Professional / Masters qualification from a leading university / institute with 8 - 12 years of work experience in a multinational or leading Indian business entity.
- Experience in Investments, Consulting, Operations or Strategic Project Management would be desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to think conceptually using strong analytical skills, effectively influence a wide cross-section of people across organizations, and to identify and implement solutions to address complex business problems.
