Program Officer - Business Performance Excellence - BFSI

We are looking for a seasoned professional who is a Certified Master Black Belt with 12+ years of relevant experience; she/he should be having hands-on experience in Business Performance Excellence / Transformation / re-engineering projects.

- The incumbent is expected to have led multi-million dollar projects as part of their Master Black Belt certification process and demonstrate leadership/new projects off-shoring (business development) & excellent people management/stake holder management expertise.

- Ability to interact with senior management both in India and USA is highly desirable.

- Potential candidate is expected to have an Engineering Degree (BE/B.Tech) along with Masters Degree (MBA) from Tier- 1 B Schools and should have good academic & professional track record.
