- The purpose of this position is to effectively execute assigned EMEAI / Global business & functional initiatives to support business growth.

- Leveraging established project and program management skills, the employee will lead the regional requirements gathering, gap analysis, cost and benefit analysis and build the business case to secure funding approval.

- Following approval and planning, on-time and under budget initiative execution in a structured way is the key deliverable of this role.

- The initiatives will focus on productivity improvement to fuel business growth through consistent execution of common processes, tools and training across regions

Experience : 10+ years of experience in Business / Functional Management role

Qualifications:

- Engineering / Business Degree

- Six Sigma / Lean / PMP certification - desired

Transitition/Migration (BPO/KPO)

Area of Responsibility:

External and Internal Customer Interface and People Management:

- Actively engage with HBS EMEAI / Global / Regional & District Leadership teams to identify business needs & identify Non Customer Facing (NCF- support opportunities, Present business case to facilitate funding / resource approvals, Periodic stakeholder updates, Tollgate signoff's etc.

- Effectively work with / set up NCF delivery teams in identified best cost location

- Effectively work with functional leadership & working level teams to hire, train & deploy resources

- With leadership teams from other Honeywell Entities

Technical Management:

- Understand the technical aspects of the business / function initiatives

- Work with SME's to define the requirements/processes & associated templates

- Develop gap analysis, business case, stakeholder analysis, deployment plans, risk mitigation plans, change management plans, business continuity plans, operational & business metrics, sustenance plans

- Support the delivery team on an ongoing basis on operational aspects

Business Processes:

- Map the as-is business process & metric

- Work with SME's to define the to-be process & metric

- Work with SME's to define input / output process templates

- Define work packaging requirements and work flow & data management tools

- Monitor, track & initiate course correction action for the defined process post Go-live

Financial Deliverables:

- Demonstrate inclusion of all financial aspects of the POC / transition during Due Diligence phase

- Financial benefits linked to assigned programs & operational targets (USD $M)

- Demonstrate financial viability of the program through revalidation of POC with actual delivery.

- Define Initiatives, Own Buildup of NCF capabilities required for the initiative, Ownership of delivery team during sustenance phase of the initiative post going live, Transfer ongoing operations ownership after initiative is stabilized to Delivery organization lead.
