Experience of 10+ years testing projects

Strong hands on person & Excellent communication

Proactive and assertive

Stakeholder (internal and external) management experience

Strong ability to create and implement test strategy

Preferred managing DWH projects with Teradata

Able to set up test processes, metrics across multiple projects

Understand and implement standardization, Mutualization

Work with customer to implement vision of Test Factory across

Able to impart reuse and implement Test improvements
