Program Manager - Supply Chain - Defense/Government/Aviation

The role is Supply Chain Program Manager - role based in Jeddah and the incumbent would be responsible for continuous evolution and execution of the supply chain strategy. You need to bring in detailed knowledge of supply chain requirements across the program life cycle, including competency in procurement, commodity management, materials forecasting and controls, distribution, inventory management, and supplier management. Understanding of complex business relationships, with a focus on KSA Defense industry environment.

Understanding of supply chain program operations and financial management. Ability to develop and execute plans to assist the company leadership to achieve their financial and performance goals and objectives, including demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies. Understanding of import and export requirements including freight forwarding and customs clearance, and US International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). .

QUALIFICATIONS :

- MBA or Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of experience in progressively responsible leadership positions.

- Familiarity with the procurement practices, laws, regulations, and government policies.

- Experience collaborating through established Defense and Aerospace practices and capabilities across all businesses

- Demonstrated experience in program supply chain operations and financial management, including material requirements planning and supplier relationship management, source selection, & supplier due diligence.

- Demonstrated experience in planning and management of inventory management and distribution requirements.

- Proven experience in the development and implementation of business strategies and experience supporting customer requirements and meeting critical deadlines.

- Demonstrated high ethical standards and discretion in dealing with sensitive matters.
