Program Manager - Strategy & Operations Description : - Manage internal strategic initiatives/projects/programs - Work with senior management across consulting, research & development, HR in defining strategic initiatives and detailed project plans thereof. - Ensure successful and on-time completion of strategic initiatives/projects/ programs by managing cross-functional teams of people. - Manage and conduct an annual strategic planning process. Requirements : - Extensive experience (at least 7 years) of managing large projects and programs, and working with cross-functional teams. - Experience (at least 4 years) in working in corporate strategy and operations teams, or executive assistant roles, or in operations/process re-engineering. - Formal certification in project management and/or methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma would be highly desirable. - MBA helps (preferably from Tier 1)
