Program Manager- Solutioning E-commerce

1. Close partnering with the SMS executive leaders, onshore client facing teams, our clients and the software team.

2. Understand current portfolio and plan ongoing business requirements roadmap for new tool rollout and user adoption

3. Heavy emphasis on improving end to end project lifecycle in a fast growing environment

4. Experience in working in global team environment with high degrees of autonomy and personal ownership.

5. Handle new processing scoping (onsite/offshore) leading up to successful deployment of technology solution.

6. Ability to understand the business context and apply analytical concepts to provide business solutions

1. Strong business understanding of hi- tech manufacturing / retail/ leisure or travel industries

2. Experience in implementing and managing technology projects

3. Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope

- Experience in Web Technologies - .NET, Java, HTML, XML,Web Services

- Databases SQL Server, Oracle

Reporting Qlikview, Business Objects, OBIEE
