Program Manager - Solution & Banking Strategy Team - Consulting Firm

Role : Program Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- As Program manager you will be part of solution and banking strategy team

- Engage with builder teams and help them understand and implement right banking strategy

- Gathering required data from builder team and run analytics to find out optimum banking strategy

- Create banking schemes for home loan consumer and coordinate with builder and bank for same

- Follow Up with builder and bank on dependencies if any

- Create all payment programs and scheme on dashboard

- Coordinating with product on any changes in respect to scheme workings

- Informing/training internal and external teams on scheme workings and payment plans coordinating with APF team for timely APF

- Meeting with Bank teams and understand products and create banking schemes

REQUIRED SKILLS :

- Previous experience with consulting companies is preferred

- Good in communication and coordination

- Good with Excel skills

- Hunger for learning and growth

- Education: MBA

- Experience: at least 3 years
