Key Responsibilities:

- Strategize and implement influencer campaigns aligned with our client's mission.

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers within the network.

- Collaborate with influencers on impactful initiatives and projects.

- Develop and execute engaging influencer programs and events.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

- Lead and manage a team of program coordinators and assistants.

- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the team's success in achieving campaign objectives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in influencer marketing or program management.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Location: South Delhi

Work Experience: 4-7 years in handling social media enfluencers

Salary: Upto 15 LPA

Mode: Work From Office

Language: Excellent verbal & written communication in English
