About the Company – Our Client is a Leading Global Company.

Work Location: Bangalore

Experience: 10+ years

Qualification – MBA / Bachelor’s degree (preferably engineering)

Role & Responsibilities:

- The role involves influencing peers and stakeholders in other functions to achieve the operational and business goals assigned.

- Business analysis acumen, with substantive experience measuring the success of a complex business process and proposing new business opportunities

- End to end business planning.

- Creating annual plans and strategy for execution, ensuring operational aspects and designing high business impact processes.

- He/She will manage business impact via functional activities and will be accountable for designing and delivering on all aspects of the same.

- The individual will interface and drive agenda with the automation & technology teams to build scalable solutions.

- He/She will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security and integrity of the company systems and data.

- Operational support and passion, with experience in establishing, measuring, and meeting service level agreements, improving the availability, performance, and quality of systems, and managing complex business concerns

Skills & Ability:

- Good inter-personal and communication skills.

- Six Sigma Black Belt certified (Must)

- People Management

- Strong analytical, mediation and problem resolution skills

- Ability to work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
