Responsibilities:
- Manages end-to-end highly complex or complex programs/ projects to deliver business outcomes, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction
- Manages and is responsible to monitor program/project cost and benefits on Sponsor's behalf
- Manages delivery of program/project scope and deliverables to plan and ensures change control is in place to approve changes to baselined scope, plan, budget or benefits
- Leads and owns program/project governance and reporting and is accountable for the escalation of risks and issues via the appropriate channels
- Leads engagement with key stakeholders including Sponsor, workstream leaders, delivery teams and third parties, when applicable
- Owns project plan: Develop and maintain detailed, robust, high-quality risk plan and project plan including resources, scope, schedule, cost, assumptions, dependencies, etc.,
- Identifies resource requirements and manages resources throughout delivery including negotiation of resource requirements with client, business, technical, technology and third party teams
- Ensures program/project Change management activities are planned and delivered to enable/promote adoption of project outcomes, e.g. comms & training, change readiness
- Adheres and manages adherence to Change Portfolio, wider Organization and Regulatory (where applicable) governance, reporting, processes, controls and ways of working
- Explores and recommends solutions to requirements and challenges where there is no identified precedent
