Program Manager/Senior Program Manager - eCommerce

Program Manager will be responsible for driving key projects . In order to be successful in this role, a Sr. Program Manager must think strategically, make data driven decisions, and work across the organization to find solutions to complex problems. Key Performance Measures for the role Program Managers will be measured on the impact of their project. Depending on the project, clear financial or other impact goals will be set forth. It is the program manager's responsibility to ensure they drive the program towards achieving those goals.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs, ideally including external and internal stakeholders product, program, or project management

- Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences

- Demonstrated ability to own projects, think big and influence across all levels of an organization

Preferred Qualifications :

- MBA or Master's Degree in a related field

- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional programmes, including external and internal stakeholders
