Job Title: Risk Consulting - Sales and Marketing Program Manager


Location: Mumbai

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales and Marketing Program Manager. You will play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and marketing operations to achieve revenue growth and maximize client satisfaction. You will work closely with the senior management, and other departments to streamline processes, implement best practices, and optimize sales and marketing performance.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies: Collaborate with senior management to define and execute strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and sales targets.

- Data analysis and reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

- Sales enablement: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and tools that support the sector teams in effectively communicating our value proposition and winning new clients. Ensure sales representatives have the necessary resources and training to meet their targets.

- Implement solutions to enhance productivity, accelerate sales cycles, and increase win rates.

- Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities, target segments, and potential risks. Provide strategic recommendations to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

- Sales performance evaluation: Develop and implement performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and sales incentive programs to motivate and reward sales team members based on their individual and team achievements.

- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, and operations, to align with team company initiatives and drive cross-functional projects that support sales growth and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- MBA (preferred premier institutes)

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Demonstrated ability to optimize sales processes, drive operational efficiency, and enhance sales and marketing performance.
