We will deliver this goal by working with our Customers on a Pan India basis through Simulated Learning Centres that recreate operational environments for effective Learning.  Reporting Manager: Director - Learning  Location: Gurgaon   Job Summary  We need an Entrepreneurial Manager who will be responsible for designing and operationalising the Saksham initiative. This is a business incubation role and the successful candidate will work like an Operations Head for Saksham. Responsibility will include set up of Centers, setting up Operational Processes and Systems, putting in place Trainer Recruitment and Certification processes, building student sourcing linkages, ensuring efficient Delivery of programs, and scaling up the Center Network.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following areas of work –  - Program Development – Provide inputs to the content team for the development of various programs.  - Training the Trainers – Supporting the appointing the trainers at the centers and getting them trained & certified as per the company standards and norms.  - Student Acquisition – Develop and manage different student acquisition channels including building capabilities of outreach in the catchment areas, work closely with NGOs and other channel partners to drive the targeted numbers for each program   - Opening New Centers – Plan for the infrastructure and provide project management support for opening new centers   - Centre Operations – Set up center operations processes, performance indicators and management information system. Schedule batches of the students at the center; oversee the center operations including delivery of curriculum, assessments and feedback. Coordinate with the center based teams to drive students outreach and corporate sales team for their deployment post training. Control and continuously improve the quality of the delivery of programs.  - Work Structuring – For different people involved in the process i.e. Centre Head, Counselor, Finance, Delivery Teams etc.  - New Centre Roll-outs – Refine the roll-out program basis research and learning, and lead the roll-out of New Centers including on-boarding of teams in those locations.  - New Programs roll-out – Work closely with the content team to assess the requirement of infrastructure and resources for rolling out new programs. Effectively execute the roll-out the program in a time-bound manner.   - Overall Growth Target for Saksham will be owned by the Program Manager.  Education Requirements   We could put in the standard Masters/Engineer/Graduate requirements here. All of these are important but not the final factor.
