We're seeking a Program Manager with 2- 6 yrs of Experience to actively contribute to an exciting time of growth and development for one of our client who is the leader in Health and wellness platform. This is a fantastic career defining opportunity for someone who enjoys a role filled with variety, challenges and autonomy.  Main role will be to ensure that the Business promises and commitments are met. Will always act as a backup of information and will be updated on all projects and statuesque at all times.   First Quarter   - The first 4 weeks will be to shadow every team member (RE, Projects, Ops and IT) understand what each ones role is.   - During this period, he/she will make a note of all gaps and loop holes in processes.   - The next 4 weeks will be dedicated in coming up with processes to fix these pointers.   - The last 4 weeks will be used for monitoring the process and fine tuning where required.   - Major project this quarter will be to set up the REW Helpdesk supporting various business divisions.  Second Quarter :  - Start interaction with business, understand the pattern of growth.   - Make provisions and make plan to work with stake holders (Biz fin, Finance and procurement)   - Set reminders and schedules with REW stake holders for reports, deliverables etc.   Third & Fourth quarter :  - This quarter will be focused primarily on COST optimization.   - More focus on Ops and Project scheduling and fine tuning process   Year 2 will be continued to fine tune areas like OPS, COST, Faster output etc.
