Program Manager : Retention

Your Role:

As part of the Revenue team, you will be owning the coupons and cashback program to maximize funnel conversion and retention. If you enjoy leveraging data for creative problem solving, this role would be a great fit for you. What you would do:

- Experiment with offers to different user segments to assess what works best for a specific segment using various techniques like AB testing, geo experimentation

- Own the coupons/cashback via wallet, and leverage the same to maximize repeats from identified segments of the user base

- Play a critical role in defining the product charter for the cart page to maximize funnel conversion and increase value for our customers

- A constant hunger to derive insights from data. Extreme user-centricity and solid logical thinking

- Deep expertise with Excel and working with databases along with SQL

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's/PG Degree from an accredited university or college.

- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases (SQL exposure a must)

- Able to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment and to interact effectively with all levels of management.

- Results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can work individually with minimal or no supervision
