Job Description : - To work on business transformation projects along with functional heads or independently manage critical modules within a larger project. - Responsible for projects from project initiation to project delivery. - Prepare project business plans along with timelines, identifying major milestones, critical dependencies, risks etc, organize &amp; lead initiatives, control and monitor against plans &amp; communicate on progress and issues. - Identify gaps / concerns and develop action plans to close and mitigate issues to ensure project timelines are met. - Own the overall reporting process and ensure timely, accurate and tailored broadcasting of progress - including benefits, schedule and status. - Serve as a hub for information and communication, helping align stakeholders around a consistent set of priorities and actions, and providing support to functional teams.
