Skills:
- In-depth experience with a variety of the QA field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Ability to manage multiple QA projects at one time, often with changing priorities and requirements
- Knowledge of and experience with waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of test planning,test case creation test case execution, and test results reporting
- In depth knowledge of QA management tools such as HP Application Life-cycle Management/Quality Center and other tools
- Experience with functional and performance automation tools, especially HP UFT/Quick Test Pro/Win Runner and HP Load Runner/Performance Center, or other tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and interpersonal management skills
- Exposure and/or experience with vendor management relationships
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Education And Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 - 12 years of relevant IT experience in Quality Assurance field
- Experience in testing web-based, client-server systems, web services and desktop-based systems in Microsoft Windows environments
- Experience in testing Oracle ERP / eBusiness Suite application, including a wide range of functional modules
- Experience in testing java-based applications with Oracle and MS SQL Server databases
- Experience with all phases of software testing (Functional, Integration, Regression, User Acceptance, Release Management and other testing types)
- Experience with Requirements Reviews with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders such as project managers and/or product owners
- Deep understanding and experience with root cause analysis and defect management processes and tools as part of a comprehensive Systems Development Life Cycle
