Program Manager/Project Manager - Software Services

One of our client is looking for a Program Manager/ project Manager to handle multiple projects at any particular point in time.

Experience & Skill:

- 8+ years of related work experience in Program Management, Product Management or Account Management

- Must have a proven Program Management track record of supporting large-scale software services

Key Responsibilities include:

- Coordinate all program management activities ensuring that appropriate communications

- Manage expectations of multiple client & internal stakeholders and negotiate buy-ins to drive projects

- Define program specific requirements and deliverables

- Establishing robust and scalable processes to execute and manage several projects

- Monitor real time project deliverables, quality, service levels and schedule adherence

- Track and update project specific reports & dashboards

- Drive to closure program issues related to day to day activities among multiple programs

- Communicate status & issues to management in a timely manner. Escalate issues appropriately

- Support sales organization in solutioning and helping generate proposals for new opportunities
