- 10-15 years of progressive experience in Learning and Development, Project Management, Program management and Stakeholder Management
- Should have Served as a learning Program Manager and partnered with internal/external subject matter expert collaborated with Curriculum leads, SBU heads, HRBP's and internal SMEs, business sponsors, Talent directors to understand business/performance issues and recommend appropriate interventions to drive business results for the premium program
- Must have Planned, Developed, Delivered, and accessed training success as per BU expectations.
- Implemement Kill to bill learning activity
- Monitoring operational dashboards to monitor the performance of learning program, financial tracking of delivery like budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of actuals
